GENESIS Releases 2 Updates

Genesis has made available 2 updates since January 2010 for all Genesis Users who have support plans. Please log into Genesis Client area to retrieve these updates. 

The first update, 2.85, was to give the 1098 T electronic reporting ability for the 2009 year. It also inlcuded Ledger report updates and the added student SSN Truncation for Paper copies B & C which will be required by the IRS.

The second update, 2.86, corrected the Student Roster address issue, corrected Student Maintenance screen, increased the screen size of Student Maintenance functions, limits how many records can be archived to 1000 students or 25000 POS records.  If you select a date that would attempt to archive some number outside of the acceptable range, you will get an error message. 

Genesis is currently testing the Midpoint issue some schools have in order to put out a fix or explanation in March.  Genesis is working on some signifcant updates for April that we will reveal soon.
